The Thomann Fund
As my practice grows, I plan to establish the Thomann Fund as a way to encourage participation in my efforts to provide pro bono service to those in need. The Fund will be a not-for-profit entity which will help with costs associated with pro bono representation. These costs include filing fees, shipping costs and other similar expenses that do not directly result from my service, so that I can continue to carry on this important work.
All retainer agreements with Daniel Thomann, P.C. provide the option to designate any leftover amounts to be donated toward the Fund or to another organization of the client’s choosing instead of being returned to the client at the conclusion of each case. Where such a contribution is tax-deductible, all appropriate documentation relating to the transaction is provided to the client.
Please come back to this site for updated information on the Thomann Fund and on ways in which you can contribute.
